A French Blue Bedroom

I stumbled across this bedroom while browsing the internet today.  I love the monochromatic, french blue palette.  I suspect it might be my dream bedroom, but I can't make a definitive statement on the matter until I see more. I found it here, but I can't seem to trace it's origins. I have potential to spend way too much time online looking for this room, so I'm going to go ahead and move on and hope that fate will bring us back together again, kind of like the movie Serendipity I'm conducting business from my bed (a.k.a. The Nest) today as we have a a blanket of snow outside and I have a sick little one who needs lots of cuddles.

  1. The bedroom is the master bedroom of Debra Shriver, author of "Stealing Magnolias". This room was featured in a 2008 issue of House Beautiful titled "colorful new orleans home". This room is featured in Shriver's book as well as other photos of her home. However, the room is more teal blue than baby blue, as it appears in your picture above.

(i.e. Your Comment: what's up with the Biebs and Selena Gomez? My Reply: I don't know but it's keeping me up at night. He's so cryptic on Instagram, it's hard to really know)
